Currently working as an Assistant Professor in School of Management, at DRIEMS University, Odisha. She is Continuing her Phd in Management. She has 10 years of teaching experience in leading B-Schools of Odisha. She has taught HR specialisation subjects such as Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning, Human Resource Development etc. and General Management subjects such as Business Ethics, Principles of Management, Organisational Behaviour, Corporate Strategy, Organisational Change Management etc. Her area of research includes Work-life Balance, Sustainable Development, Green HRM and Employee Engagement. She has published 5 research papers in national and international conferences and journals. She has guided many undergraduate and post graduate students in different projects. She has been involved in Administrative as well as different curricular and co-curricular activities such as Academic Planning and Coordination, Research and Development, Training and Placement Coordination, Student Mentoring and Counselling. She has attended more than thirty different programs such as a faculty development program, seminar and workshop in national and international level.
