Dr. Bhakta Charan Pradhan currently serves as the Registrar of the DRIEMS University. Endowed with a Doctorate degree in Sociology from UTKAL university, Dr. Pradhan a 1989th batch of Odisha Administrative Service(OAS) Officer in the rank of Special Secretary to Govt. of Odisha, served in different administrative posts including Registrar, Ravenshaw University, Cuttack before his retirement on superannuation.  He represents the Board of Governors as the Member-Secretary.
