1.2 By completing the registration and making the payment, you acknowledge and agree that the fee will not be refunded for any reason, including:

• Change of mind or inability to attend the convocation.
• Errors or omissions during the registration process.
• Failure to meet eligibility or participation requirements after registration.

2. Duplicate Payment Resolution

2.1 In case of duplicate payments made during the registration process, students may apply for a resolution by contacting the university accounts department.
2.2 Valid proof of duplicate payments must be submitted along with the request for resolution.
2.3 If approved, the duplicate payment will be refunded within 14 business days after verification.

3. Technical Payment Issues

3.1 The university is not responsible for any technical issues that occur during the online payment process caused by:

• Errors from the payment gateway.

3.2 If payment is deducted but registration is not confirmed, students must contact the university’s technical support team to resolve the issue.
