1.1 The registration fee for convocation is non-refundable under all circumstances.
1.2 By completing the registration and making the payment, you acknowledge and agree that the fee will not be refunded for any reason, including:

2.2 Valid proof of duplicate payments must be submitted along with the request for resolution.
2.3 If approved, the duplicate payment will be refunded within 14 business days after verification.

4.1 Refunds for duplicate payments, if approved, will be processed via the same payment method used during registration.
