(i) REGISTRATION

The degree recipients willing to attend the convocation and receive the degree certificate in person (Those who haven’t registered) must submit the Registration Form and the Option Form along with the requisite fee of Rs.1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only). Payment can be made through Payment Gateway (UBI) or RTGS.

(ii) VERIFICATION

The University will arrange to supply the academic robe for the occasion at the Convocation after verifying your Identity Proof with photograph and payment proof.

(iii) ROBES

  (a) The students already registered earlier for the convocation must fill the Consent Form and submit it on before 10th January 2025, 12:00 PM.

All registered candidates ( who have received the robes already ) need to carry the robes along with them on the day of Convocation positively.

  (b) The students those who haven’t registered earlier and willing to attend the convocation must fill the registration form with necessary requisite fees and submit on or before 10th January 2025, 9:00 AM.

To avoid possible embarrassment to degree recipients, it is worth mentioning that the request for issue of academic robes will not be entertained after 11:00 AM of 11^th January, 2025. Academic robes will not be issued to proxy.

(iv) DRESS CODE

The following dress code is to be strictly followed for Degree Awardees on the day of Convocation.

Male Students : Full sleeve, light coloured plain shirt and dark coloured full pant.

Female Students : Saree of sober colour/decent design of Salwar (Dark Colour) Kameez (Light Colour) with Chunni.

The degree recipients are requested to wear proper footwear (Black shoes) befitting the occasion. Sports shoes are not allowed.

(v) TIME

Degree recipients are required to occupy the allotted seats at Jayshree Auditorium of the University sufficient before the commencement of Convocation i.e. before 1:30 PM on 11/01/2025.

(vi) ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation may be arranged only to the degree recipients on request to Administrative Officer and Program Manager.

(vii) CONFIRMATION

The degree recipients are requested to confirm their participation well in advance in the Consent Form which is mandatory.
