
Dr. Anurekha Nayak

Dr. Anurekha Nayak is currently working as Head of the Department in Electrical Engineering, School of Engineering and Technology, DRIEMS University, Odisha. She has completed her B.E from Utkal University,M.Tech from Biju Patnaik University of Technology and Ph.D. from KIIT Deemed to be University in 2002, 2011 and 2022 respectively. She has 18 years teaching experience. Her favorite teaching subjects are Network Theory, Electrical Machine,Electrical Machine Design, Control System Engineering, Electrical Power Quality, Research Methodology, Power System Transient. Her research focuses on Power system control and management, Load Frequency Control, Micro grids, Hybrid power generation, and Electric vehicle technology. She has 15 research papers published in various national and international conferences, as well as reputable SCI, ESCI, and SCOPUS-indexed journals. She is currently guiding three research scholars. She has guided numerous undergraduate and postgraduate students through various projects. She has authored two book chapters in Springer Book. She is a reviewer for two SCOPUS indexed publications.She has participated in a variety of programs at the national and international levels, including faculty development programs, seminars, and workshops.
