Welcome to the laboratory of School of Natural Sciences, DRIEMS University. The department has a well-equipped laboratory having all the required equipment and apparatus. The main emphasis is to build up the fundamentals of the students through general lectures, laboratory work, maps and charts. The whole aim of the highly qualified and experienced staff is to build up student's skills by updating the teaching learning process, teaching through seminars, group discussion and student participation. In addition to this, the Department specialises in Environmental issues relevant to the twenty first century.

Physics Lab
The Physics Laboratory is a vibrant and dynamic space where theoretical concepts come alive through experimentation and exploration. Our Laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories for UG and PG students, which provide a practical approach to learning that allows students to explore concepts and theories in a tangible way which can help to cultivate a lifelong interest in science and learning. Our laboratory provides students with hands-on experience, fostering a deeper understanding of the fundamental laws governing the universe.

The Chemistry Laboratory at DRIEMS University, Tangi, Cuttack, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to foster an engaging and hands-on learning environment for students pursuing their studies in chemistry. We adhere to stringent safety protocols, including proper labeling of chemicals, use of personal protective equipment(PPE), and regular safety drills. Our lab is designed with safety equipment such as, eye wash stations, and fire extinguishers.
