Welcome to the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at SOET, DRIEMS University. About

The Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department, established in 1999, offers a comprehensive education with a four-year undergraduate program, a two-year postgraduate program, and a Ph.D. program in areas like VLSI, Image/Signal Processing, and wireless and optical communication engineering. This field is highly sought after due to the rapid growth in the semiconductor industry, ample job opportunities, and continuous industrial development. The curriculum provides a strong foundation in electronics and telecommunications principles, with specialized knowledge in areas such as VLSI, Embedded Systems, and Communication Technologies. The department boasts well-equipped laboratories and experienced faculty members with degrees from prestigious institutions like IITs and NITs. Faculty members are committed to delivering high-quality education through lectures, seminars, group discussions, and practical sessions to ensure students grasp and apply concepts effectively. Graduates are recruited by top companies like BSNL, Intel, ISRO, and Wipro.
