I am Bikash Krushna Das, working as Dean I/C for School of Hotel Management, DRIEMS University, Tangi,Cuttack. I have Completed my BHM from Utkal University of Culture and I have completed Masters in Tourism & Hospitality Administration from Utkal University and now I am doing my research (PhD) on Emerging trends of Regional food. I am having 12 years experience in academic and 5 years experience in Industry. I achieved Employee of the year award from Best Western Group of of Hotel and also Employee of the month award from Sarovar group, I have invented two cocktail recipes named "GOOD NIGHT" & "MELON SCOTCH" for which I got award from Association of Catering Professional Hyderabad in the year of 2014. I have received best Trainer in Hospitality award from O2 Skills academy. I involved in different academicals activities like workshops, seminars, skill trainings, faculty development programmes, sports, festivals related to Food and Beverages. I am also working as an active member of Odisha Catering Association.
